Janicki celebrated Cinco De Mayo by hosting its annual taco lunches for employees in Washington and Utah.
Washington employees gathered outside Building 5 in Hamilton, and Lorenzo’s Mexican Restaurant catered lunch, serving tacos, taco salad, beans, rice, and more. It was a beautiful sunny day for employees to enjoy their lunches together, and several employees dressed up with sombreros to celebrate.
Meanwhile, Janicki’s Utah crew brought the fiesta spirit to their Layton facility with a cookout. Several employees cooked up various taco fillings, creating a delicious feast for all. Everyone enjoyed their fajitas at a group lunch in one of the manufacturing bays.
Janicki’s tradition of celebrating has come a long way from its humble beginnings as a small employee barbecue. We thank our employees for their hard work and look forward to our next group luncheon event!
