Warriors Over The Wasatch Air Show 2024

A B2 Bomber flies over employees watching the air show

Janicki’s Utah crews experienced an exhilarating spectacle of the Warriors Over The Wasatch Air Show on June 29. This event is held every other year at Hill Air Force Base and Janicki hosts a watch party at our Layton facility. The plant is located adjacent to the base and has a great view of the show. This event brings together Janicki employees and their families for a day filled with awe-inspiring aerial displays and exciting activities.

Thrilling Aerial Displays

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the stunning aerial performances. Employees huddled under tents and packed chairs out behind our facility to view the show. From the precision of the Thunderbirds to the cutting-edge maneuvers of F-35s and the majestic presence of a B-2 Bomber, the skies above Layton were alive with the roar of engines and the thrill of high-flying acrobatics. The explosions and dogfighting routine of Tora Tora Tora were also very exciting!

Family-Friendly Fun

Children playing mini golf

Beyond the air show, plenty of activities entertained everyone throughout the day. Mini golf and giant chess provided a relaxing break between flights, while a Lego truck sparked creativity among younger attendees. Balloon Man Shan delighted children with face painting and intricate balloon art, adding colorful fun to the event.

Delicious Catering and Cool Treats

Red Beard BBQ served up mouthwatering barbeque that satisfied appetites, while Dole Whip offered refreshing ice cream treats to beat the summer heat. There were plenty of goodies to be found!

The Warriors Over The Wasatch Air Show provided a unique opportunity to come together, share in the excitement of aviation, and create lasting memories. We look forward to the next event!
