Internships at Janicki
Janicki strives to create a unique and immersive intern experience by embedding interns into our teams, where they work on diverse projects throughout the summer. Our internships provide a dynamic blend of computer-based tasks, collaborative group work, and hands-on activities on the production floor.
As part of the Janicki internship program, interns participate in several summer events, including a kickoff breakfast, a meet-and-greet with executives and a luncheon with our CEO. Janicki currently offers two internship tracks: Production and Engineering. Learn more about these exciting opportunities below.
Engineering Internships
Our Engineering Internship is designed for second or third-year students pursuing engineering degrees. Previous internship experience with Janicki or other companies is preferred. Engineering interns gain exposure to multiple disciplines, including design, stress analysis, manufacturing, project management, automation, and more. Interns manage small projects and work with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges. These internships are highly competitive, with successful interns frequently receiving job offers to join Janicki after the program.
Production Internships
The Production internship is ideal for first or second-year students pursuing a degree in an engineering-related field. Interns are immersed in the manufacturing process, working hands-on with production and engineering teams on various projects. This internship can be completed part-time while attending school or during college breaks such as spring, summer, or winter.
