projects. Tori’s favorite project was running a shrinkage study for gas tungsten arc welding. She is very detail-oriented, so she enjoyed collecting the data for the study.

Tori is a fourth-generation welder. Although she never saw herself following in her family’s footsteps, she fell in love with welding after taking a class in high school. She enjoys being on Janicki’s production floor learning and welding.

Tori is a determined and hardworking individual who is always looking to expand her skills and knowledge. She believes that “the day that you choose to stop learning is the day that your career ends,” and her love of learning will carry her far in her career.
